Chomp Womp Sodafest weekend 'fore last was amazing. So much fun hanging out with everyone, playing in Nonreturner, eating hushpuppies, and stealing shit fomr Alex's house. The day after Stephen and I had a picnic of orange soda and cheetos, found a burger car, and went to Iowa City. The show in Iowa City was so awesome that I think all the bands that played are going to play a three date mini tour between Missouri and Kansas in August. Joe did a pretty good job of talking me into moving to Iowa City.

Last week Stephen and I heard MJ died while in a McDonalds inside a gas station somewhere in Illinois. In Madison I picked up 25 of the Hand of Gold tapes, and I got some of the Shugazi files from Alex, so hopefully Ill get the rest soon and that will be out shortly. The shows in Madison and Chicago were really chill, and the new Sonmi setup is the best so far. We started saying boioioing a lot, and never stopped. In Chicago Gabe suggested the three of us get an apartment, maybe moving to Chicago, Jenna got pissy (go figure), and John melted a penny with a 5foot by 6foot magnifying glass that he bought.

now we are back in Columbia. James is going to the casino tonight in hopes that he can win the $400 he needs to pay he paraphernalia ticket. Im almost done with Arabian Nights, and Ive been doing a lot of mixin', getting ready to release this shit.
